Nubby's Wild Harvest is a Disabled Veteran owned processing facility, located in Scotts Hill Tn. Nubby performed most of the processing, cooking, preparation and maintenance for the first two seasons, but hopes to have a steady team for the upcoming season. With over 20 years of experience Nubby has developed an excellent product which is sure to please your palette in every way.
Mission
Our mission is to provide a rare, but essential processing service for the region and encourage more hunters to return to the passion of hunting while giving them a place to take their precious harvest.
Vision
Our vision is to develop a Veteran/first responder and community enhanced environment where first responders are given back to in many ways to show appreciation for their service. We will donate to Hunters for the Hungry and Venison for Vets, create gloves from hides for wheelchair Vets, give multiple discounts, have a clothing donation box, and provide American made flags to as many Veterans as we can find.
