Nubby's wants to be your processor, but we still have to have guidelines that are consistent for everyone. We try very hard to be honest, transparent and trustworthy, therefore constantly providing exceptional service.
Policies
Below are the basic guidelines that Nubby's Wild Harvest strictly adheres to, and reserves the right to add to when relevant. This section will be updated when new policies come into effect.
Financial
1. $75 security deposit is due upon physical drop off. 2. When processing is initially completed, an invoice will be sent out to customer who will have 3 days to pay the balance in full. 3. If not paid by 3rd day, customer will be charged $3 per day for storage fee. 4. If still not paid in 5 days, meat will become property of Nubby's Wild Harvest. 5. Animals can be stored for PERSONAL CUSTOMER processing for $3 a day for a maxmium of 21 days. If not picked up and paid for at that time, the meat will become property of Nubby's Wild Harvest. 6. Nubby's accepts Cash, Check, paypal (chris.boerner87@gmail.com), venmo (@cboerner), cashapp (nubbyswildharvest) and credit and debit cards for all purchases and fees. 7. If animal is NOT field dressed, Nubby's has the discretion to accept and field dress for a $20 fee.
Carcas Treatment
1. Animal should be fully field dressed upon arrival. 2. If not, Nubby's has the discretion to accept or deny processing the animal. 3. CWD is optional again, so DO NOT REMOVE head when signing in. 4. Euro and full mounts are available, for a fee, as long as paperwork specifically requests them. 5. Skull caps are available for no fee by request only. Otherwise, they will be discarded. 6. CWD testing is optional, but available upon request.
Property
1. Property is monitored 24/7 with security cameras. Please respect others' property. 2. Hours of operation is 9am to 9pm Su-Sa. If gate is closed during those hours, text "code" to 262-836-4766 for access. 3. Facility is setup for unattended drop off if staff is not available for in-processing. Follow instructions posted.
