Refund Policy - the basics
At this time, Nubby's Wild Harvest will review each refund requested. Currently it is NOT Nubby's policy to give refunds at any time before the final product is complete. Nubby has been doing this service for over 20 years and trusts the processes and results produced over that time. Nubby inspects each animal before, during and after processing and will notify the customer when descrepencies are found. Nubby does not Guarantee any timeline for completing processing of an animal. Nubby has primary and backup equipment in place and believes that animals in this facility are safe even when dry aged for up to 30 days.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Customer is expected to report any defective product as soon as possible for any of the specialty meats (summer sausage, snack sticks, smoke stix, jerky or brats) and return any unused product for consideration of any refund. Processing fee wil NOT be refunded.
